| What do I do about wrongly priced items? | |

| Despite our best efforts, a small number of the 1200 items in our catalogue are wrongly priced. However, we always verify prices as part of our delivery procedure.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and despatch the item to you. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we contact you for instructions before despatch. Because our suppliers are located world-wide, currency fluctuations can sometimes cause price levels to change. We don't charge your credit card until we despatch your order. If you've paid by cheque and we owe you a full or partial refund, we will send a refund cheque for the correct amount immediately. |
