| We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and cheques or money orders denominated in Pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Paying by cheque does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't order or despatch the items to you until your cheque is cleared. If you are in the UK, paying by personal cheque typically delays your order about 7-10 days. |

You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. To provide you with an additional layer of security, all credit card numbers are stored on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. After you submit your details, your complete credit card number is transferred to this secure machine across a proprietary one-way interface. This computer is not accessible by network or modem, and the number is not stored anywhere else.
For quick and effective processing of your credit card we require the following:
- The credit card address and the delivery address should be identical, unless some kind of formal arrangement exists between PROACTIVE HEALTH and the customer.
- A landline contact telephone number at the address specified for delivery.
- Name of person registered to this landline.
- Exact name on the credit card.
- Expiry date.
- Issue number when applicable.

| Simply select 'pay by cheque or money order' on step two of the order form. You can then print the order form and mail your payment to us. Currently we are only able to accept postal orders denominated in Pounds Sterling or cheques denominated in Pounds Sterling and drawn on a UK bank. Paying by cheque does slow down your order somewhat, as we don't place your order until your cheque is received, and we don't ship the items to you until your funds clear. If you are in the United Kingdom, paying by personal cheque typically delays your order about 7-10 days. |
