What about the returns policy?

ProActive Health is confident that you will be happy with your order. However, there may occasionally be the need for you to return your order to us if is faulty or has been damaged during the delivery process. In either of these cases we will make every effort to ensure the exchange/refund takes place as quickly as possible.

If you need to return a product for an exchange or refund, please contact us via email at sales@proactive-health.co.uk or call 0870 8484842 to explain the reason you would like to return your order. We will then ask you to send it back to the address below with a covering letter including your full address and a contact telephone number.

Once we have received the product back, we will confirm that the reason for exchange is acceptable and issue you with an exact exchange or a refund. This process normally takes between 5-7 working days but we will contact you if there is going to be an extended delay.

Note: Postage costs for the returned goods will only be refunded if the product is faulty.
