| For those of us who like something for nothing (well almost nothing) we hold four competitions per year. The prizes vary from sports accessories through too more sophisticated equipment.

| As the PROACTIVE HEALTH ‘online catalogue’ is constantly changing, we feel this feature is necessary to keep you informed of the latest developments in our product range. We will also display products, which have been recommended to PROACTIVE HEALTH to be considered for sale within our range.
