We accept
orders in the following ways:
Internet:
we use the strongest commercially available level of encryption,
128-bit SSL
(secure socket layer) to ensure that your details - name, address
etc as well as credit
card information - remain secure and encoded. This will become apparent
when entering
these details, when you will see a padlock symbol inside the bottom
of your browser frame.
Unfortunately,
the nature of internet browser technology, and the nature of this
javascript
-enabled site, means that you will often see an older page that
has not been 'refreshed'
either by your internet browser, or by your Internet Service Provider
('ISP'), who often 'cache'
(store) websites' pages. Occasionally you will be looking at a page
that has been updated,
but whose newer version is not being shown by your browser (the
more often you visit, the
less the chance of this happening!).
To avoid this,
clicking 'refresh' at the top of the browser window would force
up the most
recent version of the page. Otherwise, an order may go through,
as far as email confirmation,
with an out-of-date price. This event is rare, but should this arise,
we will contact you with the
newer price and ask for approval before continuing.

Delivery
For orders made before noon Monday to Friday, we will deliver in stock items within 2-5 working days
(mainland UK only). For this, we need an address at which someone
will be available to sign
for your order between 8.30am and 5.30pm. We cannot be more specific with times. Orders placed
after 12pm can take 5 to 7 working days.
If there is
any reason to expect that the delivery time may be delayed or products
are out of
stock, we will email you immediately.
Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it within
30 days for a full refund or exchange (excl. P&P). Contact Customer

Procedure
Our relationships with our customers are taken very seriously and
we expend a great deal of effort
ensuring that we keep you happy. We aim to reply to emails within
24 hours of receipt every working
day,
whether they be purchases enquiries or complaints.

will gladly be of assistance. Any feedback at all is appreciated,
although we prefer nice things.
